Training Philosophy

My philosophy on training is to perform well inside and outside the gym. I like to focus on building efficiency in functional movements. We all squat, pick things up, carry things, and twist and turn throughout our normal day. By improving the way we move and function, we can feel better and live a fuller life free from injuries and aches. Plus, moving with greater speed and power will make you look better, and who doesn’t want that? Don’t train just for the gym - train for life!
