Training Philosophy

I’m a big believer in that regardless of what your current health and fitness goals are, whatever you do in the gym should make your life outside these four walls easier. How you get there and how your body changes along the way is a direct result of how you train. Making the most out of every individual workout and taking it one step at a time will consistently get the results you want!

Know Your Trainer

Originally from Long Beach, CA but after going to college in Nebraska, I decided the Midwest was where I wanted to be. What first attracted me to fitness was my goal of playing college football but after a back injury and resulting surgery, I now see fitness not only as a way of life but also a way to challenge myself physically and mentally.
