Know Your Trainer

Born and raised on a farm in central Kansas, I became a lover of anything outdoors. After completing my college athletic career and graduating from Kansas State University, I realized fitness was my true passion. My dog Hosmer (mini aussie) and I are more than ready to take on the big life of Kansas City!!
