Know Your Trainer

I grew up doing competitive gymnastics and swimming. My love for athletics and the Chiefs brought me to Kansas City 4 years ago. I am currently a NFL Cheerleader and a HUGE Chiefs fan. I am known to do cartwheels at random times, and I will take anyone up on a handstand contest!
