Training Philosophy

There are multiple different routes to the same goal. My passion is to help you find the method that is the most enjoyable and effective for you. Fitness should empower you. It can take you beyond your comfort zone and help you excel in that moment, and in life. I love watching people change their lives through fitness. I believe it is key to learn to find comfort in the uncomfortable. In my training I utilize copious amounts of sound effects and energetic dance moves. I believe most movements can be enhanced with a “HIII-YAAHH.”

Know Your Trainer

I began my love for fitness and movement from growing up dancing. I love lifting heavy things for time, but can barely walk without tripping over absolutely nothing. I have an obsession with animals, especially my own (I have 4). Yes, that means I would love to see photos of your animals!
